Even if you are not using Microsoft Teams today you can still leverage this powerful cloud-based telephony solution, with all the features you expect from a phone system. This includes auto attendant, intelligent routing, voicemail, unified communications, and call queuing. This is also available on all mobile platforms and with an extensive range of physical desk-based phones and conference phones.

In 2020, the pandemic resulted in Zoom expanding over 300%. Businesses are demanding easy-to-use, high quality video and call conferencing systems. Although this gave Zoom some teething problems, it is now one of the most secure platforms, competing with the likes of WebEx and Teams but still holding their competitive pricing model.
